It's Been a While! Let's Start with Thanksgiving...

Pumpkin Cheesecake - Used a recipe by Warren Brown. I saw him making it on the "Today Show" and I just *had* to make it being that I love anything and everything pumpkin. This cheesecake turned out amazing, except for the fact that the crust got soggy- I used foil and tried everything I could but the water seeped through to my spring form pan anyway.
