Italian Easter Cookies

 

I lied this afternoon when I said I had a short post. It went on longer than I thought! Well, this one is short. I promise. I made Italian Easter Cookies today, mainly because I love them, but more so because I seem to have lost my pictures from when I made them three years ago, and I wanted to take some new ones. These are made with vanilla and almond extract, and have a light and sweet flavor, just what an Easter cookie should taste like. You can find the recipe on Allrecipes, under Italian Easter Cookies. I also needed an excuse to use the beautiful cake plate my mom got me for my birthday!
